{Ashlee & Evan Wedding @ The Renaissance Vinoy}

Ashlee loves all things Betsey Johnson and wore the cutest sparkly ballet flats.  The soles were here something blue and perfect for photographing the rings on:-) Her something old was a Polly Pocket hidden in her garter (I had those as a kid and I don't remember them being so tiny!).  Evan is a welder by trade and can't wear a metal ring while he's working so Ashlee got him this really cool black one made of silicone.  Ashlee looked gorgeous in her lace gown with a black sash the coordinated perfectly with her bridesmaids dresses.  Evan and Ashlee's flowers were red and the rest of the bridal party white which made the hint of red look amazing.  Their tea garden ceremony was just before sunset with the center piece being a chandelier that will be hanging in their home.  Evan was in awe of his beautiful bride as she was escorted down the aisle by her brother.   We had gotten a key from the coordinator just before the ceremony so Miriam could run up to their balcony room and got some amazing overhead shots of the ceremony from a totally different perspective.  Evening at the Vinoy is so pretty and there was even a live guitarist playing while we were doing photos on the front terrace.  The reception was decorated with tall black vases, white florals, candle light, and the cake had an ornate sugary floral design.  When Evan's dad gave his toast he went all around the room telling where his guests were from near and far.  Evan's dance with his mom was so sweet, there was definitely not a dry eye in the room.  Before we knew it, it was time for their last dance and bubble send off down the staircase.  Congrats Ashlee & Evan!!
