Tampa River Center Wedding | Jill & Mark

It was a chilly day (which is awesome and rare!) for Jill & Mark’s wedding at the Tampa River Center. Last minute little Amazon find was those fur wraps that looked amazing with the marble stairwell at Le Meridien. One of the reasons they chose it is because Mark actually interned there when it was a working courthouse. Jill’s shoes were fabulous, pearl covered Converse All Stars with their date and Mrs. C on the back in blue! Their day was all about family, Mark’s son, Scott was his best man, his daughter, Abby was a bridesmaid and there were some older than usual flower girls, but hey why not? Jill and Mark did a little first look at Le Meridien and some wedding party photos before heading over to the River Center……..

As the sometimes do, they had a little change to their ceremony location as the NFL was starting their setup for the NFL experience in Julian B. Lane, so instead of having their ceremony in the park it was on the dock and I think it turned out even more amazing! The cool part is that we could go shoot up on the 2nd floor of the River Center and get a gorgeous view of the city. Those pink florals and A frame ceremony piece was stunning! In true 2021 fashion their program had a customized hand sanitizer for each of their guests. A bagpiper played as Jill walked down the aisle and Mark’s best friend officiated their ceremony. It was a cloudy evening but we threw in a little off camera flash on the docks and you could see all the textury clouds in the sky. The cool thing about the River Center is the huge doors that make it essentially and indoor/outdoor space. They had sofas and heaters so their guests could be inside or out, a donut cake, fantastic stations, and those velvety gray linens finished the look of the tables.
